At Findon Skid Kids, many of our products are made to order and include customisation. For this reason, we have a strict refund and returns policy.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect details entered at the time of purchase.

Please ensure all product selections, sizing, and customisation details are correct before completing your order.

Customised Items

Items that include personalisation (such as names, numbers, or custom designs) are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Refunds or replacements for customised items will only be considered if:

  • The item is faulty, or
  • The item does not match the order due to our error

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable.

Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned within a reasonable timeframe
  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will only be issued:

  • For faulty items that cannot be replaced, or
  • Where required under Australian Consumer Law

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
